La CNCPI a co-organisé lundi 13 avril 2026 avec l’IPTA (The Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia) et l’ASPA (The Association of Singapore Patent Attorneys) la troisième édition de notre webinaire tripartite interactif.

3 présentations étaient au programme : 
-Patent Amendments in Singapore: Common Pitfalls and How to Avoid Them
-Recent decisions on applications for leave to appeal to the High Court of Australia (in “Aristocrat” and “Otsuka”)
-Evolution of AI patenting at the EPO – G1/19 and beyond
